We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, and the lobby and peaceful garden were beautiful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a delightful hot spring pool and an excellent breakfast with a wonderful selection of Chinese and Western cuisine. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, situated in a quiet and secure diplomatic quarter within walking distance of a shopping center and the "subway". We were also impressed with the quick and convenient transportation, as we were able to reach the airport in a record time of 20 minutes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was exceptional - clean, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the diplomatic quarter. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Tiananmen Square. The staff treated me like family, they were polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
For breakfast choices, I wished there were more Asian desserts available.

Here, we had the most luxurious and comfortable stay. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided by the hotel. The Spa & wellness centre helped us relax with its massage therapies and sauna. The indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious cuisine and cocktails at the Bar/Lounge area. Moreover, the staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service, especially at the Restaurant where we enjoyed our in-room breakfast. it was a fantastic experience.
During our stay, we experienced a minor issue. The Garden area was small and not as impressive as we had anticipated.

The lobby of this hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and furniture. The breakfast room looked very lovely too, with a great variety of food options. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, within walking distance of a subway station.
Our experience was unfortunately not up to par with what we expected. The service provided was lacking, with staff not being very friendly or helpful.
